Thunder Bay election results delayed by polling station issues

Some results had been expected by 8:30 p.m.

THUNDER BAY — The release of voting results in the 2018 municipal election in Thunder Bay was delayed by issues at two polling stations.

Details of the nature of the problems were not immediately available.

First results had been expected by about 8:30 p.m. 

A spokesperson for the city clerk's department said at about 8:55 p.m. that it might take another ten minutes or so for some results to be made available.
