THUNDER BAY — Thunder Bay Police have charged a city man with sexual offences against a youth.
Robert Neal Boucher, 55, was arrested on Friday and appeared in bail court Saturday, where he was remanded into custody at the district jail.
He was charged with sexual interference, sexual assault, and luring a person under 16 by means of telecommunication.
None of the charges have been proven in court.
