THUNDER BAY — Thunder Bay Police have charged a city man in connection with sexual offences against minors.
David Lee Franklin Kristiansen, 40, is charged with three counts of sexual assault on a person under 16, three counts of sexual interference, and three counts of sexual exploitation.
Kristiansen appeared in bail court on Thursday and was remanded into custody with a future appearance date.
