Thunder Bay man wins $100K playing Encore

A Thunder Bay man is $100,000 richer after a recent lottery win. Erik Portfors captured the prize in the Sept. 5 Lotto 6-49 draw, matching six of seven numbers in the Encore portion of the lottery.

A Thunder Bay man is $100,000 richer after a recent lottery win.

Erik Portfors captured the prize in the Sept. 5 Lotto 6-49 draw, matching six of seven numbers in the Encore portion of the lottery.

The winning ticket was purchased at Tim’s Meats, Deli and Grocery on Empress Avenue.
