Thunder Bay residents arrested in Dryden drug bust

DRYDEN, Ont. — Police in Dryden have laid charges against three residents of Thunder Bay and a woman from Long Lake 58 First Nation after an incident Monday night.

Officers were called to investigate a suspicious vehicle parked off Highway 17, and found four people inside.

Two Thunder Bay men were charged with possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine for trafficking.

One of the pair was also charged with possession of proceeds of crime and with failure to comply with a release order.

A third Thunder Bay resident, a woman, was arrested for failure to comply with a court undertaking.

The Long Lake 58 resident was charged with breach of a conditional sentence order.

All four were ordered held in custody pending a court appearance on Oct. 21, 2021.
