ST. CATHARINES, Ont. – The Lakehead Thunderwolves are struggling to put up points, a trend that continued on Friday night.

The Thunderwolves didn’t crack the 30-point barrier, falling 53-29 to the host Brock Badgers, the OUA women’s basketball team falling to 0-3 in the process.

Ally Burke led all LU scorers with 10 points, while senior guard Tiffany Reynolds put up nine points and dished out eight assists.

Noor Bazzi had 13 points to lead the Badgers (3-0).

It was the third straight loss to open the 2022-23 season for Lakehead, who will take on Brock in a Saturday rematch.
