DULUTH, Minn. – Locals travelling to or through Duluth may be able to get their coffee fix at a familiar place soon.
The Canadian restaurant chain has partnered with a Bloomington developer to build numerous franchises in the state, with plans for Tim Hortons in Duluth, the Twin Cities, and other locations.
The developers say they look forward to introducing the brand to more than 5 million people across the state of Minnesota, and feel it will be well received in that market.
