THUNDER BAY – Halloween is over and now it’s time to find a home for the pumkins and Jack-o’-lanterns.
That’s where Eco-Superior comes in with its annual compost collection, which is now underway.
There are three collection bins located at County Fair Plaza, the Lakehead Labour Centre and the Westfort Playfield.
Bins will be set up until next Friday.
Since the program began in 1995, more than 375-tonnes of pumpkins have been diverted from the landfill.
