Toronto man arrested after south-side drug bust

THUNDER BAY — A 24-year-old Toronto man faces multiple charges after a drug trafficking investigation in Thunder Bay.

Thunder Bay police said officers executed a search warrant at a residential address on the 200 block of Amelia Street West on Wednesday afternoon, leading to the seizure of suspected cocaine, fentanyl and crystal meth, along with cash and paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.

Police said the suspect was found in possession of a large knife and bear spray.

He was arrested without incident and taken to the police station.

Isaiah Lorne Jean Green is charged with three counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking, as well as failure to comply with a release order and possesion of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

He appeared in court on Thursday and remains in custody with a future appearance date scheduled.

The charges have yet to be tested in court.
