THUNDER BAY – A Toronto man is under arrest and facing charges of possession of property obtained by crime.

Police say they received a call for service at a Limbrick Place address and upon arrival, learned the man in the home was violating a condition of release requiring him to maintain a Toronto address.

He was immediately arrested.

Upon further investigation, members of Thunder Bay Police Service’s intelligence unit located paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking and about $9,000 in cash.

Ryan Alli-Todd, 25, also faces charges of non-compliance of a probation order and failing to comply with a condition of recognizance.

The suspect appeared in court on Friday and will face a future court date.
