Dryden OPP uncover $800,000 in cocaine following traffic stop

A 29-year-old man from Winnipeg has been charged with possession and trafficking cocaine
opp - too small!

DRYDEN, Ont. - A Winnipeg man is facing numerous drug charges following a traffic stop in Dryden.

According to an Ontario Provincial Police media release, officers with the Dryden detachment conducted a traffic stop on Highway 17 east of Dryden on Jan. 11 at approximately 11 a.m. for Highway Traffic Act offences.  

Following the stop, police seized eight kilograms of cocaine with an estimated street value of $800,000.

Seaton George, 29, of Winnipeg was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and trafficking cocaine.

George remains in custody.
