A travelling art show that aims to combat racism is now on display at Thunder Bay City Hall.
The 16 works of art depict well-known Canadians and their diverse backgrounds.
The travelling show is titled the Mathieu Da Costa Exhibit and was brought to the city by Diversity Thunder Bay and the Anti-Racism Advisory Committee.
The exhibit is compiled of finalists of the Da Costa Art challenge from last fall. The artworks were created by youth across Canada, and the artists range in age from nine to 18 years old.
Coun. Rebecca Johnson said having the exhibit stop in Thunder Bay complements the work the city is doing to combat racism.
The artwork will be on display at the city hall lobby until Friday.
