A collision between two tractor-trailers sent three people to hospital and closed Highway-17 near Kenora for four hours early Wednesday morning.
Kenora detachment OPP officers say a truck that was heading westbound with a lone male driver caught fire and was completely destroyed after colliding with an eastbound tractor-trailer.
Fire crews removed the driver and passenger from the vehicle that was heading eastbound.
All parties were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say charges are pending. An investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
