Police have laid charges against a truck driver following a fatal collision in February.
Officials with the Marathon detachment of the OPP charged a 32-year-old Brampton truck driver in connection with the death of the Marathon man following a crash on Feb. 20.
Police say the transport truck lost control on Highway 17 and hit an SUV, driven by Michel Murphy.
As a result of a lengthy investigation, Vishal Vadehra will appear in court in Marathon on July 26.
