GERALDTON, Ont. --Two people are facing charges following a drug bust Thursday at a Geraldton residence.
Ontario Provincial Police conducted a search warrant following an investigation into the trafficking of marijuana within the municipality of Greenstone.
As a result of the investigation, police seized crystal methamphetamine and marijuana.
Police arrested and charged a 28-year-old with possession of a schedule II substance, trafficking a schedule II substance and possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
He was held at the Greenstone OPP detachment for a video bail hearing Thursday morning and will appear in court on May 17 to answer to the charges.
Police also arrested and charged a 46-year-old with possession of a schedule I substance. He is scheduled to appear in court June 21.
