LONGLAC, Ont. – Two Longlac residents face drug charges including trafficking following an April drug bust in the town. Greenstone OPP seized crack cocaine and money in the search.

Police say they located approximately 11.9 grams of crack cocaine and $3,650 in Canadian currency, along with items used for the packaging and trafficking of illegal drugs. That came after executing a search warrant at a residence on Dieppe Road in Longlac, about 300 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay.

Amanda Towegishig, 23, and Jonathon Bouchard, 40, face charges of possession for the purposes of trafficking – schedule 1 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000. Both are now in custody in Thunder Bay.
