THUNDER BAY – Two Thunder Bay residents are facing drug charges after police earlier this week executed a search warrant at a McIvor Court residence.

Police, in a release issued on Friday, say a 59-year-old man and 54-year-old woman were arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine, oxycodone, morphine, marijuana and cannabis resin.

Police also seized a pair of brass knuckles and charged the two with being in possession of a prohibited weapon and proceeds of crime over $5,000.

Both suspects have been remanded into custody and the investigation is ongoing.
