ATIKOKAN, Ont. – A provincial police traffic stop resulted in the seizure of cocaine and charges against two men.
A vehicle was pulled over on Highway 11B in Atikokan just after 6 p.m. on May 25 where officers from the OPP's Rainy River District detachment in Atikokan and a member of the Community Street Crime Unit in Fort Frances made the discovery.
Two men – a 55-year-old and a 52-year-old – have been charged with a possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The pair are to appear in an Atikokan court on Aug. 9.
