Two city police officers suffered injuries following a pair of incidents overnight.
Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say one officer suffered a black eye and needed stitches across his nose.
Few details about the Tuesday night incident were released, but police say one person has been taken into custody in connection with that incident.
In another case a 47-year-old man faces charges after causing an officer to be hospitalized with a leg injury.
