Officers from the OPP’s Dryden detachment responded to an incident involving a person in medical distress on Dingwall Parkway on March 16.

When officers arrived, the unconscious person was being treated by Northwest EMS paramedics. They were later pronounced dead in hospital.

The deceased has been identified as Kara-Lynn Pushie, 30, of Dryden.

OPP Sgt. Mike Golding said police had placed both suspects at the scene and were investigating whether they had played a role in her death.

Results from a post-mortem conducted on March 17 are not being released at this time, OPP said.
