THUNDER BAY – A two-vehicle collision has led to the closure of Golf Links Road late Tuesday morning.
Thunder Bay Police were dispatched to Golf Links Road north of Oliver Road shortly after 11 a.m. for a collision involving two vehicles at the entrance to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
According to a release, injuries have been sustained as a result of the collision and city police remain on scene with Golf Links Road being closed between Oliver Road and Sunrise Boulevard.
Police are asking the public to use alternate routes and remain away from the area.
Full access to the hospital can be gained through the Oliver Road entrance.
The investigation is ongoing.
