THUNDER BAY -- Three people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash in Gorham Township.
Emergency responders were called to the collision at Highway 589 and Kam Current Road just before noon on Wednesday, provincial police said in a news release.
Police said a northbound minivan on Highway 589 attempted to make a left-turn onto Kam Current Road when it collided with a southbound sedan,
Both drivers and a passenger in the sedan were taken to hospital with injuries that are described as not life threatening. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage.
Police have charged the driver of the minivan with making an unsafe turn under the Highway Traffic Act.
