U.S. man found dead after Red Lake boating mishap

An Illinois man is dead following a fatal boating incident on Red Lake last week. Officials with the OPP say emergency personnel were called after the 58-year-old fell into the lake during a fishing expedition Wednesday, May 25 afternoon.

An Illinois man is dead following a fatal boating incident on Red Lake last week.

Officials with the OPP say emergency personnel were called after the 58-year-old fell into the lake during a fishing expedition Wednesday, May 25 afternoon.

The man was brought to shore and efforts to revive him were unsuccessful. He reportedly was not wearing a life-jacket at the time of the mishap.

The victim has been identified as Robert Glick of Highland Park, Ill.
