Vehicle strikes pedestrian on Edward Street

THUNDER BAY -- Charges are pending against a driver who struck a pedestrian on Edward Street Monday afternoon. Witnesses told police a man was crossing legally at the Churchill Drive crosswalk when a vehicle hit him.

THUNDER BAY -- Charges are pending against a driver who struck a pedestrian on Edward Street Monday afternoon.

Witnesses told police a man was crossing legally at the Churchill Drive crosswalk when a vehicle hit him.

The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
