THUNDER BAY - In a sign of loosening provincial COVID-19 restrictions, the Victoriaville Centre and McKellar Mall are now once again open to the public.

Both facilities will now be open to the public on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.

Some restrictions designed to reduce COVID-19 risks remain in place. Public access is available only through the West McKellar Mall entrance across from Renco Family Foods, as well as the Justice Avenue doors.

Municipal offices housed in the centre remain closed to the public, though meetings with some staff are available by appointment. Residents can learn more about the availability of city services during the pandemic at its website.
