THUNDER BAY — A break in a water main forced the closure of a section of the Harbour Expressway on Monday morning.
The break occurred at the intersection with Fort William Road.
The City of Thunder Bay's Environment Division said the eastbound lanes and turning lanes between Memorial Avenue and Fort William Road are closed until repairs can be completed.
Motorists are asked to obey all signage in the area of the closure, and plan to take an alternate route until further notice.
A city spokesperson said repairs are expected to be completed no later than 8:00 p.m.
