Motorists making their Monday morning commute on Oliver Road should expect delays because of upgrades to the area’s water system.

The City of Thunder Bay says the work, taking place near the Thunder Bay Expressway, will reduce traffic to one lane in each direction, starting April 16 at 8:30 a.m. City officials caution drivers to look for alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
