THUNDER BAY — City workers have blocked off Isabel Street because of flooding.
The road is closed between Memorial Avenue and Fort William Road after fire-hydrant break covered the asphalt in ankle-deep water on Friday afternoon.
Motorists are asked to use an alternate route until the break is repaired. An Intercity Shopping Centre spokeswoman said it would likely be overnight before the water drains away.
