Watermain work to shut down section of Algoma

Traffic is being affected on one of the main thoroughfares of the north downtown. Watermain work scheduled for Tuesday on Algoma Street and will be closed to all but local traffic between Cornwall and Bay Streets.

Traffic is being affected on one of the main thoroughfares of the north downtown.

Watermain work scheduled for Tuesday on Algoma Street and will be closed to all but local traffic between Cornwall and Bay Streets.

The city's public works department says work is scheduled to begin at 6 a.m. and will likely conclude around 4 p.m.
