At least two vehicles are also damaged in the fire, which spread quickly, according to witnesses.

The incident took place at a residence in the 300 block of Amelia Street West.

According to witnesses, the garage had been rented out as a vehicle workshop.

According to neighbours, the garage "went up like a matchstick."
