What’s Poppin: July 13
The Fort William Historical Park’s annual Great Rendezvous Historical Re-enactment will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Da Vinci Centre will continue its 50th anniversary celebration from noon to 5 p.m. It will feature several Kids' Fun Day events and also be part of the centre's annual members' picnic.
The Afro Vibe Fest will kick off at Marina Park from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. It will feature an Afro hair braiding demo, live entertainment, a Djembe drumming workshop, crafters, speed dating, a kids' corner with Afro-themed games and face painting, local food and vendors and more. Tickets are still available, with children five and under admitted free.
The Thunder Bay Border Cats will have a game at 1:35 p.m. at the Port Arthur Stadium.
