Ontario Winter Games:
The Ontario Winter Games run from Feb. 16 to 26 at sporting venues across Thunder Bay. As Ontario’s largest multi-sport events, the Games are a showcase of amateur sport in Ontario and provide top young athletes with development and competitive opportunities to prepare them for national and international competition.

The U15 AAA Hockey Tournament is returning to Thunder Bay this Family Day weekend for its 2nd consecutive event. This event will bring together 8 top-rated AAA hockey teams from Canada and the United States to play and complete against one another for the coveted Cup. This includes Thunder Bay's very own, U15 AAA Thunder Bay Kings team. Games began Feb. 15 and continue through to Feb. 18. All games played will be at the Tournament Centre. Over the weekend, each team will play 5 games for a total of 20 games.
