The Transportation Safety Board says windy conditions caused a weekend plane crash in Thunder Bay's north-side harbour.
The mishap occurred on Sunday afternoon near the float plane docks on Shipyard Road.
TSB Regional Manager Peter Hildebrand says high winds during the landing caused a wing tip to catch the water and caused the plane to flip over.
The pilot, who was the lone occupant, was able to climb out onto the pontoons and phone for help.
He was rescued by boat, and suffered only minor injuries.
The overturned plane was later towed to shore.
