A Manitouwadge woman has been charged with concealing a body.
A police investigation began two years ago when a woman was admitted to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre under "unusual circumstances."
Officials with the OPP say the woman has now been charged with concealing the body of a child.
Tracey Lynn Shearer, 34, is scheduled to appear in court on March 27.
No other details about the case are being released.
