A woman wanted in conjunction with five robberies has been arrested.
Police say they took the 33-year-old suspect into custody without incident on Friday at about 10:30 a.m. near her Sequoia Drive home.
The series of robberies took place between December 2015 and this month and included incidents at Mr. Sub, Domino’s Pizza, Frankie’s Pizza, a Tim Hortons on Cumberland Avenue and a Mac’s Convenience store on Red River Road.
The home of the woman, who was not named by police, was also searched.
She is charged with three counts of robbery, two counts of robbery using a restricted or prohibited firearm and five counts of disguise with intent.
She is scheduled to make a video court appearance on Saturday.
