A woman stabbed Wednesday evening was treated at the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
Police responded to a call around 9:10 p.m. about a 21-year-old woman who had been stabbed in the shoulder by an unknown woman near the intersection of May and Cameron Streets.
The victim was taken to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre after being treated on scene by paramedics.
Police are looking for the accused, who is described as a Native Canadian in her 20s with shoulder-length black hair. She was wearing a black shirt and jeans at the time of the incident.
