Cats sign four more

Add four more players to the Thunder Bay Border Cats roster. The team on Wednesday announced the signing of 1B Kevin Taylor, OF Eric Aguilera, pitcher Donnie White and SS Jake MacWilliam. Taylor, a left-handed hitter from Philadelphia’s St.

The team on Wednesday announced the signing of 1B Kevin Taylor, OF Eric Aguilera, pitcher Donnie White and SS Jake MacWilliam.

Taylor, a left-handed hitter from Philadelphia’s St. Joseph University, is hitting .286 in 17 games this spring, with five doubles and eight RBI. He’s also expected to DH for the Cats in 2011.

Aguilera, a junior at Illinois State University, where he’s a teammate of former Cat Ryan Court, is batting .263 in seven games, with two home runs and four driven in. MacWilliam is a rookie at the University of Hawaii, while White is a right-hander from Nicholls State University in Lousiana, and has a 1-0 record with one save and a 1.50 ERA in five relief appearances
