Thunder Bay Chill coach Tony Colistro has some holes to fill.

Colistro on Wednesday confirmed several pieces of the soccer team’s championship-run puzzle won’t be back in the Lakehead in 2012.

Forwards Brandon Swartzendruber and Gustavo Oliveira and midfielder Nolan Intermoia have informed the Premier Development League club they aren’t planning to return for another season in a Chill uniform. Defender Wilson Neto also won’t be back, having told the team after the end of the 2011 season he was hanging up the cleats.

Goalie Stephen Paterson, on the other hand, will be on the field again.

Colistro said he’s still working on rounding out the rest of his lineup.

“It is still early to confirm as we are really in talks with many players at this time. Just trying to figure out what the right fit for Thunder Bay in terms of players will be,” he said, reached via email.
