Local prospects invited to CFL evaluation camp

A trio of Thunder Bay football players have been invited to the CFL’s annual evaluation camp.

A trio of Thunder Bay football players have been invited to the CFL’s annual evaluation camp.

Defensive linemen Adam Hindley, Frank Pankewich and Seamus Postuma are among 59 players chosen to attend the March 3 and 4 camp in Toronto, which teams will use to rank prospects for the 2012 CFL draft.

Players will be evaluated on strength and conditioning and be interviewed by prospective clubs.

HInley, a graduate of Sir Winston Churchill High School, plays for the University of Manitoba. Pankewhich, a 6-foot-3 Hammarkskjold product, is with Queen’s, while Postuma is a Westgate grad who plays at the University of Windsor.
