On Wednesday his Lakehead Thunderwolves women’s basketball team got all it could handle and more, falling 61-59 at the hands of the Palm Beach State Panthers, in an exhibition game in Palm Beach, Fla.

Sarah Gordon paced the Wolves attacks, dropping 19. Lacey McNulty had 10 and Thunder Bay’s Katie Ulakovic finished with eight in the loss.

The Wolves will take on Indian River College on Thursday, the second of two non-conference games south of the border this holiday season.
