Rallying from two goals down in the second period, the Lakehead Thunderwolves claimed their second OUA triumph of the season on Friday night.

Rookie Billy Jenkins netted the winner with 5:04 to go in regulation, handing the Wolves a 3-2 win over the host Brock Badgers.

Cody Alcock, in the second, and Jake Wright, in the third, also scored for Thunder Bay, who trailed 2-0 after Brock’s Mitch Nardi beat LU goalie Devin Green at the 6:15 mark of the second.

The Wolves, who will take on York on Saturday night to wrap up first-half play, improved to 2-10-3 on the season, last in the OUA West.
Brock dropped to 5-8-4.
