Matt Murray’s season of greatness just keeps rolling along.
The Thunder Bay goalie made 21 stops on Saturday night to collect his American Hockey League-leading 11th shutout of the season, powering the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins to a 3-0 win over the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
The rookie Murray leads the AHL with a sparkling 1.54 goals against average in 37 games, and tops all goaltenders with a .940 save percentage.
Scott Wilson had a pair to pace the Baby Penguins offensively.
