Northern Ontario will have to settle for a fourth-place finish at the Canadian Wheelchair Curling Championship.

The Gino Sonego rink spotted Alberta a 6-0 lead through four ends Saturday in Ottawa, and despite scoring a pair in the fifth end and stealing another deuce in the sixth, fell 8-4 in the 3-4 Page Playoff, ending their run.

Alberta will take on British Columbia in Sunday’s semifnal. B.C fell 10-4 to Quebec in the 1-2 Page Playoff.

Quebec earned an automatic bye to the final.
