It's down to the final four, and Thunder Bay's Port Arthur Stadium is still in the running to be named Canada’s favourite baseball park.
The 60-year-old baseball facility has moved into the semi-finals in a contest to determine Canada's top amateur baseball stadium. After one week of voting, Port Arthur Stadium beat out three other diamonds to move on, edging out a ballpark in Brandon, Man., by less than two-percent of the vote.
Thunder Bay International Baseball Association's Warren Philp said winning the honour could mean a lot for baseball tourism in the city.
The semi-finals start the week of Aug. 8 with Thunder Bay going head-to-head with Okotoks, Alta.
