Thunder Bay's Carter Hutton has been sidelined indefinitely.
The NHL's Nashville Predators on Monday placed their back-up goaltender on injured reserve, citing an upper-body injury. The Predators recalled goalie Marek Mazenec to fill in during Hutton's absence.
Hutton, 29, has played two games this season and sports a 1-1 record with a 3.44 goals against average.
