The Lakehead Thunderwolves could have taken the second half of offensively and still beaten the RMC Paladins on Saturday.

Six players, led by 16 apiece from Brendan King and Adam Johnson, hit double figures, as the No. 4 Thunderwolves trounced host RMC 115-54 in a matinee affair in Kingston.

It was the second win in two days for the Wolves, who return to Thunder Bay next wekeend for their 2011-12 home debut Friday against Toronto.

Anthony McIntosh chipped in 15, while Greg Carter and Matthew Schmidt each contributed 11 points in the one-sided win that saw the Wolves put up 55 in the first half.

It was RMC's 110th straight loss. Their last win came on Nov. 11, 2006 against Lakehead, a season that both schools finished 1-21.
