Katelyn Andrea's 20-point performance wasn't enough to keep the provincial championship hopes alive on Friday for the St. Ignatius Falcons senior girls basketball team.

The Falcons lost their third-round match 44-40 against the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders as the OFSAA 'AA" championship in Brockville, Ont.

Cassandra Soulias had eight points and Karissa Karorinne six for St. Ignatius, which took a 25-19 lead into halftime.
The loss eliminated the Falcons, who finished the season 19-2, from title contention.
