Robert Rotaru and Kristine Gascon are the singles champions at the 2012 Mid Canada Open.
Gascon downed Lori Ruberto in three sets to win the women’s title (6-3, 4-6, 6-4), while Rotaru went the distance against Hans Hach in the men’s final, beating him 6-4, 1-6, 6-3 to capture the title. Rotaru and partner Mikhail Lew also won the men's open doubles title, defeating Hach and Inaka Espindola 6-4, 6-4.
Rick Picard was a double winner on the men’s side, capturing both the 45-plus and 55-plus crowns, defeating Murray McGuire 6-3, 62 to win the first and Gerd Brandl 6-3 and 6-1 to win the second.
