Three local teams are heading to the Northern Ontario bantam curling championships this week.

The Northern Ontario Curling Association's boys and girls championships in Sault Ste. Marie features eight female and eight male teams from around the region for curlers under 16. Fort William Curling Club's Myles Harding, Kakabeka Falls Curling Club's Jonathon Vellinga and Port Arthur Curling Club's Tiana Gaudry will be facing off against teams from Sudbury to Sioux Lookout.
