Justin Fui potted 19 points and Mohammed Syed added a baker's dozen Tuesday, leading the first-place Churchill Trojans to a convincing 65-39 win over the St. Ignatius Falcons.

The win upped the Trojans record to 13-2, while St. Ignatius, led by Nathaniel Murray's seven, fell to 8-7.

Not to be out done, the Hammarskjold Vikings (12-2) kept pace, riding Nick Potter's 14 and nine apiece from Nick Tenkula and David Fidler to  easily get past Superior Collegiate 61-43.

In a battle for the basement, Eric Mann's 19-point performance helped the St. Patrick Fighting Saints earn just their second victory of the season, a 53-50 overtime thriller over the Westgate Tigers.

On the junior boys side, John Parrott's seven points helped Churchill down St. Ignatius 38-23 and Westgate got 23 from Jordan Shonosky and whipped St. Patrick 51-36.

In senior girls volleyball, Hammarskjold swept Superior 3-0 and Westgate made just as easy work of St. Patrick. Meanwhile on the junior girls court it was Hammarskjold winning 2-1 over Superior Collegiate and Westgate edging St. Patrick by the same score.
